Every Milestone Begins with Care

The Care Program helps families identify developmental concerns early and connect with the support their children need to grow, learn, and thrive. Through free developmental screenings, personalized guidance, and trusted resources, we empower parents to better understand their child’s development and access the support that’s right for their family.

Ways We Support

Support for Every Stage of Development

Autism Screenings

Helps identify early signs of autism and determine whether additional evaluation or support may be needed.

Ages: 16 – 30 months

Development Screenings

Helps families monitor developmental milestones and identify areas where additional support may be beneficial.

Ages: Birth – 5 years old

Family Resources

Connects families with guidance, community resources, and essential services that support their child’s development.

Families are invited to our monthly Developmental Screening Day,
where they can access free screenings, helpful resources, and free FIND Food Bank food bags for children ages 0–18, all in one visit.
