Elizabeth Hotz

A recent graduate from the University of Oxford and a Coachella Valley Native, Elizabeth Hotz is a skilled, non-profit professional with close ties to the local community. Completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Science degree at the University of Oxford, Elizabeth has always been interested in people and the cultural beliefs that make communities special.
As a child, Elizabeth experienced first-hand the support local organizations provide to families within the Coachella Valley. It was these experiences and her passion for supporting her community that caused Elizabeth to pivot the focus of her profession to non-profit organizations. With over a decade of experience in customer service and public programming, Elizabeth has often pursued opportunities, both within and outside her career, to support local communities and more specifically children.
Through fundraising, community service, and outreach, Elizabeth has supported various causes and been a part of local organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club of America, Animal Samaritans, the Palm Springs Air Museum, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and Friends of the Desert Mountains. Elizabeth has also had the the privilege of serving various national and international fundraising efforts for organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Autism Speaks, and United Way.
