Hello!
Do you have a few minutes? I want to share with you a few of our new friends that received adaptive bikes from Variety – the Children’s Charity recently. What a joy it is to be able to present adaptive bicycles to Allyson, Norma, Gloria, Daniel, and Wilson who can now ride a bike just like they have already dreamed of doing!

After months of staying home and participating in school through online learning, our children are having a tough time staying physically active. I am glad we are partnering to ensure children have access to the equipment they need to get outdoors, breath fresh air, and participate with their peers and community.

Continuing to serve the children of our community is the heart of our mission! The Board of Directors at Variety – the Children’s Charity of the Desert committed a recent Saturday to drilling down and digging deeper into the needs of the community and our organization’s unique ability to fill in the gaps for children in need. We strategized new opportunities to reach children, especially those with special needs and living with economic disadvantage, to ensure they have support – which they need now more than ever!

Thank you for being a critical part of Variety and joining this effort to give children a life without limits. When we provide a child with an adaptive stroller or bicycle, we care about changing childhoods and increasing the confidence a child has – what a gift!
