About the Program

Every Child Deserves the Freedom to Move

The Freedom Program helps children of all abilities gain greater mobility, independence, and confidence by providing standard and adaptive bicycles, specialized strollers, and wheelchairs. Through the right equipment, children can participate more fully in everyday life, stay active, and experience the joy of childhood.

Adaptive Bicycles

Specially designed bicycles tailored to each child’s unique abilities and needs.

Specialized
Mobility Equipment

We have provided wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, car seats, and other specialized equipment based on each child’s unique needs.

Standard Bicycles

Bicycles and helmets provided to deserving fourth-grade students through partnerships with Coachella Valley school districts during our annual Bike Giveaway.

If your child could benefit from adaptive equipment, complete an application to get started.
Applications must include a letter from a medical professional verifying your child’s need.
